Cannabis Infused Gelato Banana Berry Smoothie

Quick, easy smoothie featuring Gelato Strain Specific Terpenes by True Terpenes.

1/2 cup frozen cherries

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 banana (frozen or fresh)

1/2 inch cube fresh ginger, peeled

1/4 cup hulled hemp seeds

1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 teaspoon orange zest

1/2 lemon, juiced

1/2 orange, juiced

6 ounces your preferred juice or water (I used an orange pineapple juice)

1/2 cup yogurt ( I used a whole milk probiotic plain yogurt with a touch of honey)

1 tablespoon cannabis infused olive oil

1 drop Gelato Strain Specific Terpenes by True Terpenes

1/2 tablespoon hulled hemp seeds for top

Add ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Add more juice or water if needed to help blend. Serve in glass with 1/2 tablespoon hulled hemp seeds on top. Makes about two 8-ounce glasses. Enjoy.
