A trifecta of peanut butter, chocolate chip and oatmeal cookies. Add some cannabis- and you have a Superfecta!
Bake 300degress F. for 9-10 minutes
Yields 16 cookies
*about 3/4 teaspoon cannabutter per cookie
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup cannabutter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon molasses
1 egg
1/3 cup oatmeal
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Cream peanut butter, cannabutter and sugar. Beat in egg and molasses. Fold in oatmeal and chocolate chips. Scoop onto lined sheet pan, into about 1.5 inch balls, form and flatten with a fork. Bake at 300degrees F. for about 9 or 10 minutes- until golden brown toward bottom. Cool and enjoy!
