Cannabis Infused Aloha Tacos made with King's Hawaiian Rolls
Ingredients and Directions:
Cannabis Infused Aloha BBQ Sauce
1 cup Cannabis Infused Banana Ketchup (you can substitute for store bough banana or tomato ketchup if you choose)

1 Tablespoon Molasses
2 Tablespoons Coconut Sugar
2 Tablespoons Mustard
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1/8 Teaspoon Liquid Smoke
3 oz Pineapple Juice
1/4 Teaspoon Each: Onion Powder, Garlic Salt, Fresh Cracked Black Pepper and Ground Paprika
Add all ingredients to sauce pan and cook until sugars are dissolved.
Rainbow Slaw (no dressing)
1 Cup White Cabbage Shredded
1/2 Cup Purple Cabbage Shredded
Half a Carrot, Match sticked
4 Radish, julienne
Combine in a bowl.
Pineapple Salsa
1/4 of a Pineapple, Grilled and Diced
3 Thai Chilis, sliced
1 Lime, Zested and Juiced
1 Garlic Clove, minced/micro planed
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
Sea Salt, Fresh Black Pepper to Taste
Combine in a bowl.
Bake:
1 Plantain cut into matchsticks, seasoned with salt pepper, garlic salt and baked at 300 degree F with olive oil until crispy. Approximately 30 minutes, remember to stir often.
Roll:
1 Package King's Hawaiian Rolls, each cut 3/4 way through, rolled flat and grilled with olive oil until browned before shaping into taco shells

For assembly:
1 Avocado Sliced
Swiss Cheese
Pulled Pork, with a little Cannabis Infused Pineapple BBQ Sauce mixed into it
Cannabis Infused Pineapple BBQ Sauce for Each Taco about 1/2 Tablespoon
To assemble:
Layer inside a King's Hawaiian Taco Shell- Swiss cheese, cannabis infused pineapple BBQ pulled pork, cannabis infused BBQ sauce, rainbow slaw, pineapple salsa, a slice of creamy avocado and top with crispy plantain matchsticks.
