Cannabis Infused Peanut Butter Cups

Yields 11
Filling:
1/3 cup Peanut Butter Protein Powder
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2.5 Tablespoons Infused coconut oil
Combine thoroughly. Set aside to prepare chocolate.
Chocolate:
1/4 cup Peanut Butter Protein Powder
1 cup melting chocolates
1/2 cup white melting chocolates
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup cannabis infused coconut oil
pinch of salt
Melt all in double boiler, until completely smooth.
Into 11 silicon cupcake molds, spoon about 2 tablespoons of chocolate in each and coat up sides with back of spoon. Dump out any access chocolate.
Allow to harden before adding peanut butter filling.
Evenly fill each cup with peanut butter filling, even out.
Top with about 2 tablespoons chocolate, covering completely.
Allow to harden completely in fridge before removing from molds.
