Cannabis Infused Peanut Butter Magical Shell

Ingredients:

·       1.5 cups of chocolate melts

·       1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

·       1/3 cup Protein Peanut Butter Powder

·       ¾ cup cannabis infused coconut oil

For cone:

·       Waffle Cone

·       Ice cream

·       Chopped Nuts or Sprinkles

Directions:

1.      Melt chocolate melts over bane marie (double boiler), stirring frequently, until smooth.

2.      Once, melted and smooth, add peanut butter, protein powder and cannabis infused coconut oil. Combine thoroughly. Pour into a glass or metal container adequate for dipping your ice cream cone in.

3.      Place waffle cone in freezer for five minutes before dipping to help harden shell more quickly.

4.      Coat inside of cone and dip waffle cone widest side into chocolate shell a couple inches. Coat with chopped nuts or sprinkles. Scoop ice cream into cone and place in freezer for 10 minutes to harden. This will help ensure the chocolate shell hardens quickly.

5.      Dip ice cream cone into chocolate shell to cover ice cream. Allow to harden completely before dipping in chocolate again and coating with chopped nuts or sprinkles.

6.      To reheat for a later use, simply place container into pan with water and heat on low until completely melted and smooth. Repeat steps 3-5.
