Ingredients & Directions:


2 Tablespoons each:

Matcha Powder

Turmeric Powder

Spirulina Powder

Red Beet Powder

*you could also try blueberry powder, Butterfly pea powder, dark espresso, tea, etc.


For every color use 4 tablespoons white vinegar and 8 tablespoons water.


  1. Combine, mix thoroughly.


  1. Gently drop each cooled, boiled egg into dye, ensure it is covered completely. Allow to sit for 30 minutes or until desired shade is reached.

    *These will not be as vibrant as store bought, numbered, liquid dyes.


  2. For tye dye technique, use crumpled paper towel around egg and drop two or more different colors all over egg. Press towel firm against egg. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.


  3. Stir eggs occasionally to ensure even coloring. Once, the eggs have reached your desired shade, remove from dye and allow to air dry completely before refrigeration.
