Sticky Orange Pineapple Terpy Teriyaki on Turkey Meatballs

Yields about 1 cup extra sticky teriyaki glaze and 23- 2.5 inch turkey meatballs.

Prep time 1.5 hours


Ingredients:


•6oz 100% pineapple juice

•4oz soy sauce

•1 orange zested and juiced, reserving zest for finishing

•1/2 cup dark brown sugar

•3/4 cup granulated sugar

•1/4 teaspoon onion powder

•1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic

•1/4 teaspoon ground paprika

•1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder

•1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

•4 drops Orange Pineapple Terp Flavor by True Terpenes

•1g 34% 1:1 THC:CBD cannabis oil*


* This will equate to approximately 21mg THC: 21mg CBD per tablespoon of teriyaki.

Use 0.5g of same ratio cannabis oil to achieve approximately 10mg THC and 10mg CBD per tablespoon for lower dosing.


Directions:


1. Combine all ingredient except orange zest, terpenes and cannabis oil.


2. Bring to boil and reduce by about 50%, stirring often.


3. Once reduced to preferred thickness, add orange zest, 4 drops of Orange Pineapple Terp Flavor by True Terpenes and 1g 34% 1:1 THC:CBD cannabis oil. Incorporate very well.


Turkey Meatballs

Yields 23 - 2.5 inch meatballs

Prep time 45 minutes


Ingredients:

•1lb. Ground turkey

•2 tablespoons each: minced onion, minced celery and shredded purple carrot

•1 tablespoon minced garlic

•1/2 teaspoon each: fresh ground black pepper, onion powder, granulated garlic, paprika

•1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder

•1 tablespoon soy

•1 tablespoon heavy cream

•1 egg

•1 cup panko bread crumbs

•1g 34% 1:1 THC:CBD cannabis oil*


*If you wish to dose the meatballs, before adding cream to mixture, gently heat cream and incorporate very well, 1g 34% 1:1 THC:CBD cannabis oil which will equate to approximately 14mg THC and 14mg CBD per meatball. Use 0.5g same ratio cannabis oil to achieve approximately 7mg THC and 7mg CBD per meatball.




Directions


1. Combine all ingredients very well.


2. Portion into 23 approximately 2.5 inch portions.



3. With a small amount of oil, brown and cook meatballs until center temperature reaches 165° F. This can be done in a pan on stove top or oven if prefered.


4. Once cooked through, coat meatballs (or drizzle desired dosing/amount over meatballs) with Sticky Orange Pineapple Terpy Teriyaki Glaze. Garnish with black sesame seeds & green onion, if available. Serve over rice.
