Cannabis infused tea cookies loaded with chopped walnuts and a sweet, buttery flavor!
Bake 300degrees F. for 8 minutes
Yields 2 dozen 1.5 inch cookies
*each cookie is approximately 1 teaspoon cannabutter
1/2 cup cannabis infused butter, softened slightly
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened slightly
5 tablepoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
2 cups finely chopped walnuts
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (to dust cookies- once before baking and once after and cooled)
Cream cannabutter and cream cheese with 5 tablespoons sugar. Add vanilla and almond extract. Add salt. Mix in flour and then incorporate chopped walnuts. Dough will look very crumbly, but when squeezed together it sticks and forms.
Scoop and form into 1.5 inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar, then bake at 300degrees F. for 8 minutes, turning at 4 minutes for even baking. Cool completely before coating with powdered sugar a second time. Enjoy!
