Almond Cherry Pie Christmas Cookies

Featuring flavor infused Cherry Pie terpenes by True Terpenes

Butter infused in Levo C

Yields: 70 2-inch by 2-inch cookies

Prep Time: 1 hour 30 minutes + decorating time (at least another 1 hour 30 minutes)

Baking temperature is 350 degrees F for about 9 minutes.



  • 1 cup cannabis butter* (this is half infused ghee and half non-infused butter)

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon pure almond extract

  • pinch of salt

  • 2 cups flour

  • flour for rolling and cutting

  • rolling pin

  • 2-inch by 2-inch square cookie cutter

Royal Icing

  • 4 egg whites

  • 2 cups powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar (optional)

  • 2 drops Flavor Infused Cherry Pie Terpenes by True Terpenes

  • food dyes of choice; I used green, blue and red, as well as left some the white icing color.

  • piping bags


Almond Flavored Dough

  1. Activate and infuse butter in Levo C according to Butter Recipe

  2. Cream butter and sugar.

  3. Add egg, salt and almond extract and cream until light and fluffy.

  4. Mix in flour, mixing until it forms a ball. You can tint these with food dye if you would like during this step. I "painted" mine green with royal icing, but it takes quite a lot of extra time to do, fyi.

  5. Once dough has formed ball, turn out onto plastic wrap or parchment, form into a log and cover. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to help stiffen dough.

  6. After chilled, portion dough into 4 equal portions. While working with one portion, keep the others in the fridge.

  7. On lightly floured surface, roll out portion of dough until it is about 1/8 inch thick. I try to roll it into a square shape because I will be able to cut more squares from it without needing to reroll dough.

  8. Cut squares from dough and place onto parchment lined cookie sheets.

  9. Repeat with other portions until all dough is used.

  10. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 9 minutes, turning pan halfway through for even baking.

  11. Cool completely before icing!

Cranberry Kush Royal Icing

  1. Start whipping 4 egg whites

  2. Gradually add powdered sugar and cream of tartar as you beat egg whites until stiff peaks.

  3. Add 2 drops Cherry Pie terpenes by True Terpenes.

  4. Tint desired color; separate into bowls if doing multiple colors.

  5. Put into piping bags for decorating. At room temperature the royal icing will begin to harden fairly quick but can take several hours to harden completely.
